Mr. Mehra is the key visionary and technical director at LITX Solutions Inc. He is the backbone of the company, providing key experience in Research and Development and Quality Assurance in the Rubber Technology field.

With a specialization in V belt products and a remarkable ability to set up factories for their production, Mr. Mehra's career is a testament to his profound knowledge and unwavering commitment. 

Starting his illustrious journey as a young engineer, Mr. Mehra quickly made a name for himself with his technical acumen and innovative approach. His early years were marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence, eventually leading him to Pix Transmission, a leading manufacturer of power transmission belts and related products. At Pix Transmission, Mr. Mehra served as the Technical Director, a role in which he was instrumental in driving the company's technological advancements and expanding its product range. 

During his tenure at Pix Transmission, Mr. Mehra's contributions were pivotal. He spearheaded numerous projects that not only enhanced the quality and performance of V belts but also optimized the manufacturing processes. His leadership and vision were crucial in establishing state-of-the-art production facilities, which positioned Pix Transmission as a key player in the global market. Additionally, during his stay with Pix, he developed all types of belts required for industrial and agricultural applications in the United States, tailored to meet actual requirements. 

After decades of dedicated service, Mr. Mehra transitioned to an independent contractor role. This move allowed him to leverage his vast experience and deep industry insights to offer consultancy services. As an independent consultant, Mr. Mehra has been involved in numerous projects, helping businesses set up efficient and high-performing V belt manufacturing units. His expertise in factory setup, from initial planning to full-scale production, has been invaluable to many companies looking to establish or upgrade their operations.

Mrs. Prerna Bhanot 

Operations Director 

Mrs. Prerna Bhanot looks after Operations at LITX Solutions.  She is an Accountant by training and has over 15 years of expertise in accounting, procurement, inventory management, and logistics both in India and North America. She is responsible for the day-to-day backend operations of LITX Solutions, including Forecasting Demand, managing the overall Supply Chain, Accounting, and Order Fulfilment. Mrs. Bhanot has numerous years of experience in the V Belt field.

Mr. Vivek Bhanot 

Business Development Director 

Mr. Vivek Bhanot looks after Business Development at LITX Solutions.  He is a Mechanical Engineer by training and has over 25 years of expertise in various functions like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management in North America. Mr. Bhanot blends his technical and business acumen to support customer requirements in the V Belts arena.
